Admission Procedure
At M.K.D. Public School, we welcome students who are eager to learn and grow in a nurturing, inclusive, and academically excellent environment. Our admission process is simple and transparent, ensuring every parent and child has a seamless experience.
Step 1: Obtain the Admission Form
- Visit the school office during working hours to collect the admission form.
- Alternatively, download the admission form from our school website (if applicable).
Step 2: Submit the Admission Form
- Fill out the admission form accurately with all required details.
- Attach the following documents along with the completed form:
- Copy of the student’s birth certificate
- Passport-sized photographs of the student and parents (as specified)
- Copy of the previous academic year’s report card
- Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
- Proof of address and ID (e.g., Aadhaar card)
- Any other documents requested by the school
Step 3: Interaction/Entrance Test
- For certain grades, students may be required to appear for an entrance test to assess their academic abilities.
- Parents and students may be invited for an interaction with the Principal or Admission Committee to understand the school’s values and expectations.
Step 4: Admission Confirmation
- Successful candidates will receive an admission confirmation notification from the school.
- Parents are required to pay the admission fee and the first installment of the school fee within the stipulated time to secure the seat.
Step 5: Orientation and Onboarding
- Once admission is confirmed, parents will receive details about the school uniform, textbooks, and academic calendar.
- New students and parents may attend an orientation session to familiarize themselves with the school’s policies and facilities.
Important Notes
- Admissions are subject to the availability of seats.
- Priority may be given to siblings of current students and alumni families.
- The school reserves the right to make changes to the admission process, and parents will be informed accordingly.
